Thank you so much for choosing Leska the label - we will endeavour to have all orders processed within 2-3 business days, although this may change during peak times. Delivery times will vary depending on whether you are receiving your order in a metro or regional area - but we will always send out tracking numbers to ensure you can track your order from the moment it leaves our hands.

Free shipping is offered for Australian orders over $100

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to Australia and New Zealand

Local pickup is offered for those within the Northern Rivers in NSW and the Gold Coast in QLD.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a mum myself - I can understand the importance of wanting only the best for your baby - which is why we offer returns and replacements for all faulty silicone bowls, plates, and other Leska branded products within 2 months of ordering. For all other brand's products are subject to a return & refund policy of 2 months, at this time replacements cannot be offered.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
